Info for Cosignors

Are you wanting to sell your needlepoint stash? It's so easy to cosign with us:

1. Prep your items: Canvases, Stitch books, threads and accessories. Ensure all items are free from odors and any visible aging. (All canvases must be unstitched)

2. Before you ship, please review our unacceptable items list. Click this link to review full list.

3. Ship to us: Please include all your contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number and email) and send to: Knot Your Average Stash, 2409 Reigh Count Drive, Owensboro, KY 42301

Our current wait times for listings are 2 weeks for processing from the time you the package is received. 

Once we receive your package, you can email us after delivery for confirmation.

We do not send arrival confirmations- Please track your shipments.

4. Inventory/Pricing- We will send you an email detailing your item's retail price, what the item would be priced at 30% off and the potential earnings if it sells at that price. 

5. Commission- We will do all the selling work for you! We photograph, list and ship! 40% commission applies to items sold within the first year; items sold after 12 months will be subject to a 50% commission. 

6. Discounts- Items will be automatically discounted an additional 10% at 30 and 60 days unless you specify otherwise upon receiving your inventory email sheet. 

7. Cosign Payouts- Payments for your sold items are issued on the 5th of the month via check/Venmo/or PayPal (PayPal fees apply. Checks are mailed from US Bank and will arrive within 10 days. Please specify how you want your payment when you ship your package. 

 

Important Information

  • We will take care of your packages, but we are not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire or other reasons.
  • You must be the owner of the items who are shipping to us. The packages will be returned to you on behalf of others.
  • We will only keep your items up to 18 months. Unsold items after this time will be donated. You must email us prior to and arrange for their return (you pay return shipping costs)
  • US shipments only- No one outside the USA.
